Meet Dr. Robinder

Robinder Singh, MD is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with extensive training in general surgery, head and neck oncology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Singh was born in Erie, Pennsylvania and raised in Severna Park, Maryland. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He then attended St. George’s University School of Medicine, where he ranked first in his graduating class and was inducted into Iota Epsilon Alpha, the International Medical Honor Society. Influenced by a family background in engineering and a longstanding interest in anatomy, Dr. Singh was drawn to a career in surgery.

Dr. Singh completed five years of General Surgery training at the State University of New York at Buffalo, serving as Chief Resident during his final year. He subsequently pursued an additional year of specialized training at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, completing an American Head and Neck Society-certified fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery.

He then completed a three-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he served as Chief Fellow during his final year. Throughout his surgical training, Dr. Singh conducted clinical research and presented his work at national medical meetings.

Dr. Singh is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society and holds a certificate from the American Head and Neck Society.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Singh enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Pallavi Manvar-Singh, and their three children. An automotive enthusiast and member of the BMW Car Club of America, he enjoys working on cars. He is also an active soccer player and coach.
