Dr. Farhadian received advanced training in cosmetic dermatology at Yale School of Medicine.

At North Point Dermatology & Mohs Surgery, he treats patients with a variety of aesthetic concerns including fine lines, pigmentary alteration, sun spots, cherry angiomas, seborrheic keratoses, and photoaging.

All cosmetic treatments at North Point Dermatology & Mohs Surgery are administered by Dr. Farhadian.

Botox

BOTOX Cosmetic is indicated for the treatment of frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. The product is administered via small injections into specific areas of the face. The volume of BOTOX and its placement is appropriately modified based on individual anatomy. A typical treatment lasts approximately 3 months, but the duration of efficacy can range from 2 to 6 months depending on individual metabolism.

Fraxel DUAL

Fraxel® DUAL 1550/1927 is a non-invasive laser treatment that smooths the skin, reduces fine lines, and removes unwanted pigmentation caused by sun damage or age. It can be performed on all skin tones, ranging from fair to dark. Fraxel laser employs “fractional” technology to create microscopic treatment zones that help to promote quick recovery. Unlike other resurfacing lasers, such as Erbium or CO2, which can have downtime of up to a month, Fraxel DUAL is non-ablative, allowing for downtime of usually not more than 1 week.

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance that provides volume and elasticity to the skin. With age, the quality of hyaluronic acid in the skin is altered, leading to changes in one’s appearance. Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are indicated for the treatment of fine lines, pigmentary changes, and chronic sun damage. Through the application of an exfoliant, photoaged skin is removed and replaced with smoother and brighter skin.
